Bojana Jovanovic, MSci Agricultural Engineer, Research Trainee

Bojana Jovanovic MSci was born in 1996 in Kragujevac. She graduated at the faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade, module Phyto-medicine, in 2019 with graduate thesis: “Efficacy of Pylon (a.s. prothioconazole) in the control of wheat powdery mildew (Blumeria graminis)”.

In 2017 she received the award from the Foundation “Nikola Spasic” as the best student of the second year of study at the Faculty of Agronomy, Belgrade University. In the fourth year of study (2018), the Society for Plant Protection of Serbia awards her the title of the best student of the final year of the Department of Phytomedicine at the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade. In the same year, he received a scholarship "Dositeja" awarded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Fund for Young Talents of Serbia) for the best students of the final year of basic academic studies in the Republic of Serbia and a scholarship from the Foundation "Studenica".

In October 2019, he enrolled in the master's academic studies at the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade in the study program Phytomedicine. In the same year, he again became the winner of the scholarship of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Fund for Young Talents of Serbia) for the best students of the final year of master's academic studies in the Republic of Serbia. She defended Master thesis: “Vegetable pests in Smederevska Palanka” at the same Faculty in 2019. At the Institute for Vegetable Crops, she started working in 2020 at the Department of Plant Protection. Later that year, she enrolled Doctoral Academic Studies.
